This is a circuit training class where you perform a number of exercises (usually 10-12) for 30 to 60 seconds each, with a short break between each exercise. This class is suitable for;
'Functional' means the class is built around variations of everyday movements to improve the condition of your body in ways that it is used to moving in.
The session starts with a general warm-up (10 mins approx.) Followed by a practice run through the exercises and once you are comfortable doing them, we work through the exercises in a circuit format for approximately 30 minutes. The session ends with a cool-down and some easy stretching.
The entire class lasts between 45 - 60 minutes
Pure Fitness Training is a session where you use the wide range of unique equipment to pull, push, lift, drag, carry, twist, climb and crawl to get into the best shape you can be in. You will do things you didn't think you were capable of doing, while enjoying every minute of it.

In pure fitness training, the sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are different work-outs, using different types of equipment on each of those nights. What doesn't change is the quality of the classes. You work equally hard each evening you come to train.
Strengthen the entire body for that 'toned' look. Kettlebell circuits with a twist.
All levels welcome. Men and Women (over 16 years of age)
All classes have the facility to allow you to work at a pace and with exercises that suit your level of fitness. It is my job to ensure you get through your chosen class(es) in the most effective and enjoyable way for you.
People who have never trained before as well as experienced exercisers can attend any or all sessions. If you want to find out which classes would suit you best please contact me so we can chat through your best options.
Please note: Classes are designed for adults but if a young person (15+) would like to try the sessions, please get in touch and we can decide on the suitability of the classes for the young person in question.
